The project involved the full construction and expansion of the Pívat Cigar Lounge, resulting in a 4,500-square-foot state-of-the-art facility. The scope of work included the installation of a custom-designed and engineered HVAC and extraction system to ensure optimal air quality. Additionally, the lounge features custom laser-cut paneling and humidor casegoods, enhancing its refined aesthetic. A Smart Tech Louvre “Smart Patio Plus” system was integrated, along with necessary site work and drainage improvements. The expansion also incorporated a full Class 1 and 2 gaming area with capabilities for two table games. The completed project delivers a luxurious environment that seamlessly combines sophisticated design, cutting-edge technology, and premium gaming amenities.
