The result is a next-generation gas station that goes far beyond the pump. We constructed a state-of-the-art 5,500 sf convenience store featuring expansive glass storefronts, high-efficiency lighting, and integrated HVAC systems designed for optimal energy performance. Inside, we built modern food and beverage service areas, including a full coffee bar and grab-and-go kitchen, offering a welcoming environment for commuters and travelers alike.
Outside, we managed the installation of advanced fuel canopy systems, EV charging stations, and safe, ADA-compliant access points. Landscaped zones and custom hardscaping elements further enhance the site’s appearance and durability. From initial grading to final finishes, every detail was delivered with Statewide’s commitment to quality, safety, and long-term performance—positioning Tower Market as a destination of choice for fuel, food, and convenience.
