Complete cosmetic conversion of Radisson Hotel to USC Hotel. The scope of work includes complete renovation of corridors and guest rooms. Removal and replacement of light fixtures and decorative fixtures along with carpet, base, and wallcoverings. All guest room aesthetic included: liquidation of FF&E, carpet/flooring R&R, restroom complete remodel, new tub, new tile, paint, installation of owner provided FF&E, and finish trim.
